Meet the Staff
Sharee – Records Technician and Orthodontic Assistant
I am the records technician and a dental assistant, so I take X-rays, photos, and impressions, in addition to assisting patients during treatment. I take care of you on your second appointment and your last appointment, on the phone, and adjustment appointments too! I want every patient to have a comfortable and happy experience, so I like visiting with patients and their families. I love seeing their great big smiles at the end of treatment.
I have two children, a son, Tyson, and a daughter, Whitney. We also have a three-year-old dog named Zoey. My hobbies are scrapbooking, reading, and traveling, but I also love spending time with my kids and getting together with friends.
Shawna – Treatment Coordinator
I’ve been with this office for 38 years, first as a chairside tech, and now as a treatment coordinator. I take care of patient tracking, financial arrangement, scheduling, and new patients, so I’m there for all parts of your treatment. We really get to know our patients, and I’ve seen a lot of them grow up. It’s a joy to run into past patients and even their children. Dr. Mooso is very involved in the community and throws a Halloween party every year where we rotate themes. We do The Addams Family, The Wizard of Oz, and Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. Dr. Mooso makes a great Dorothy and Snow White!
My husband, Craig, and I have two children, Ashley and Jeff, and two grandsons, Tyus and Cooper. I was told being a grandmother would be great, but it’s a hundred times better than great! I’ve been to Italy and Switzerland and hope to continue seeing the world. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, reading, yard work, and spending time with friends.
Cherie – Front Desk
I started as an orthodontic assistant in 1989, & have been with Dr. Mooso since 2001. In 2007, it was my pleasure to step into other areas of the office, like front desk duties, where I answer phones, make appointments, and coordinate the schedule. I also get to use my creative skills to help promote our office with marketing and social networking. It’s amazing to see how much a beautiful smile can change someone’s life, and I get to meet a lot of wonderful people. Dr. Mooso is a great orthodontist. He really gets to know each patient and is very involved & supportive in the community and youth activities.
My husband, Scott, and I have a daughter, Beya, and a long-haired Chihuahua named Johnny Cash. We enjoy going to concerts, camping, snowboarding, and hanging out with our friends.
Bonnie – Lab Technician
I’ve been a lab technician for 26 years, 19 of which have been with Dr. Mooso. I fabricate removable and permanent retainers, and make bleach trays and sports mouth guards. Since all our patients are unique, I enjoy designing retainers as unique as they are. I make every color or design I possibly can and love making them more personalized. Dr. Mooso is a wonderful orthodontist who truly cares about his patients and always throws in a few laughs for the whole office.
I have been married to my husband, John, for 38 years, and we have five children and eight wonderful grandchildren. My pal is my 17 year old cat, Sunny. When I can get away from the office, we love to travel, especially cruises. We also like to go camping, see antique car shows and hot rod races, and spend time with family and friends. I collect frog decorations for my yard, and the last time my grandkids counted, I have 220 frogs!
Julie – Orthodontic Assistant
As soon as a patient comes through the door, it is my pleasure to make a great first impression and carry that impression all the way throughout their visit. I greet our patients, bring them to the back for their scheduled work, and get a chance to get reacquainted with them. I really enjoy getting to hear about the new adventures our patients share with us! I make sure each patient is comfortable and all their concerns and questions are addressed. I know that Dr. Mooso is the best, from reputation and personal experience, and I take pride in being a part of that excellence.
My husband, Rob, and I have two daughters, Alexis and Kaci, who are my whole world. When I have free time I enjoy spending time outside whether I am camping with the family, running and hiking, or gardening.
Becky – Receptionist
As our receptionist, I answer phones, make appointments, take care of all insurance claims, and collect fees. I enjoy getting to know all our different patients and hearing their fun and interesting stories. I love working with Dr. Mooso because there is never a dull moment. He is always in a good mood and always makes us laugh. He is very positive and really helps keep a fun but professional atmosphere in the office.
I have a beautiful daughter named Addisyn Jo, who is my life and brings me so much joy! When I am not at work, I like spending time with family and friends. In the summer, we do a lot of camping and four-wheeling in Island Park. One of my favorite summertime chores is mowing the lawn.
